big day

Hello!

Yesterday was a big day. It was the first day of a new decade, the day I started this new blog page, and the day that I decided to try to make a video. As you may or may not know, we've been scanning a lot of family photos recently -- and I thought this might be a nice way to share some of them.

This one is called 'The Diersen's' - enjoy and happy new year!

  6. Brenda - this is so beautiful! Such a clever girl... I have not seen some of these pix, either. They are so fun to see. I really enjoyed this... it gave a lift to my otherwise dreary day. We are all blessed to be part of the coolest families around. I will always cherish my memories of Julius & Malita. I loved them so much! I will always miss them and Ted and Hilda too. I spent quite a bit of time with T & H at CCR... He was such a character. They all were, actually! Thanks for including Mom, Dar and me as well. You are so sweet... Love you, Cousin Nel
